Brand Philosophy

Our Brand Philosophy

As Adventist Health has grown as a healthcare organization, our brand has grown too. Here we introduce a design system that starts from a place of empathy to make more connections with our diverse and growing audiences. To do this, we’ve maintained the familiar aspects of the brand and defined elements that allow us to expand and articulate it in functional and expressive ways.

Our brand continues to connect mind, body and soul by consistently utilizing our logo, colors and family of typefaces. By defining our voice, tone and style, we bring purpose and cohesion to our messages and stories. Our imagery accurately represents authentic experiences and the diversity of the communities we serve. We use our Made for More brand platform to engage and inspire internal and external audiences.

From the patient in need of a knee replacement, the employee on the first day of the job, to the vendor that partners with us to supply healthcare equipment, we believe in the power of empathy and the art of establishing a brand that doesn’t just put more years in your life, but helps put more life in your years.

Identity Hierarchy

Adventist Health has an innovative, faith-based identity that sets us apart and calls us to be more than a healthcare company. Together, our mission, vision, values and brand platform communicate this identity to our many audiences. Use this guide to understand the purpose of each of these elements and how to use them effectively.
